How do you get to build your own company after many years of experience.
21 years of music and conservatory are the first step and the first training. These are the years from early adolescence that teach you consistency, perseverance and definitely excellent manual skills and great open-mindedness.
How do you go from cello to probes? The passion for precision work and the desire to get involved with a new experience.
Hence the first steps in one of the historic and currently leading companies in the production of temperature probes for the process (Sicestherm srl).
After the first rudiments of thermometry, welding and materials for the production of temperature probes for the most demanding processes, Ercole specializes in the production of probes, wells and thermometric complexes for power plants, refining plants and turbines. Sensors in which precision and attention to even the smallest detail are of particular importance given the dangerous and heavy conditions environment in which they operate and the tests and certifications to which this type of product is subjected.From 2000 to 2020 he put his experience as “Chief of Manufacturing” in a temperature sensors production company in Milan, guiding production, training the new generations and supporting the commercial area in the development of products and offers.
In addition to making the experience already gained available, Ercole has the opportunity to broaden its skills in the development of probes for different applications with the development of temperature probes, often to specific specifications, and by designing sensors according to the application.
