RIR-RIT – Removable inserts for temperature probes and thermometric complexes

RIR-RIT – The removable inserts for temperature probes and thermometric assemblies for process, anti-vibration or high temperature applications.

The removable RIR-RIT inserts are fundamental components used within the thermometric complexes for the accurate measurement of temperatures. Due to their mechanical pull-out feature, these inserts can easily be replaced as spares or pulled out of the process for validation and calibration verification.

The removable inserts are generally supplied as spare parts and are custom made according to the required specifications. Their construction can take place with the use of mineral oxide cables (Mgo) for anti-vibration systems, or with ceramic insulators for high temperature or low-cost applications. This diversity of materials allows you to select the option that best suits your thermometric needs.

The Extractable Inserts, due to their extraction feature, are very practical for maintenance both for replacing the element and for checking and any calibration or certification.

The Extractable Inserts can be made with Magnesium Oxide Cables which are characterized by excellent flexibility and can be folded or rolled up for any storage or positioning need.

The Extractable Inserts are built to be mounted inside temperature probes and thermometric complexes in applications where resistance to vibrations is required. The different construction techniques with springs that put the extractable insert in compression are chosen according to the application.

The Removable Inserts for temperature probes and thermometric complexes have various connection options and can be supplied with Temperature Transmitters with 4-20mA, 0-10V output, or with digital communication Bus depending on the connection requirements of the system.
