The SFR-SFT Rigid Connection Temperature Probes offer an ideal solution for general purpose applications where specific performances such as resistance to vibrations, high temperatures or stem flexibility are not required. These probes are particularly suitable when cost is an important consideration.
Made with steel tube technology, these probes guarantee excellent reliability thanks to insulation by ceramic insulators or alumina powder filling.
The SFx series is characterized by the connection with a Connector or with a Connection Head according to the needs of the application and the customer’s requests.
Technical features
The Temperature Probes with Rigid Connection are made to customer specifications. Each model is a specific model due to the different variations it can have. From the type of cable to the type of process connection to the materials used up to the connectors, the possibilities are endless. For this, each model is codified with a specific code.
The temperature probes with rigid connection are characterized by a simple construction which, guaranteeing a quality and robust product, allows an economic solution according to the needs of the system.
The choice of the thickness of the steel tube and the compaction with alumina powder make the Temperature Probes with Rigid Connection robust and anti-vibration according to the project requirements.
The SFx Rigid Connection Temperature Probes have different connection options and can be supplied with connection heads with Temperature Transmitters with 4-20mA, 0-10V output, or with digital communication Bus depending on the connection requirements present on the plant.
